- Design and implement business plans, propose project implementation plans to the Board of Directors
- Organize, manage and train sales team in the field of communication, advertising and content copyright.
- Summarizing the project, making periodic business performance evaluation reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Maintain close relationship with existing partners/customers, thereby finding opportunities for business development.
- Building ideas and online content (Landing Page / Fanpage / Video ...); Coordinate with design agencies to implement online advertising templates (banner, landing page, facebook post ...)
- Exploiting markets, finding customers to develop business networks.
- Planning to maintain and develop the brand and image of the Company.
- Organize work coordination flow between employees, project areas in the Center, as well as work coordination process between the Center and other Departments/Centers of the Company.
- Orienting and advising the Board of Directors on long-term sustainable business plans in the fields of Media, Advertising and Content Copyright
- Perform other tasks as directed by Center Leaders, Company Leaders.
