- Support to solve related work in the shift for management
- Coordinating with Restaurant Manager to develop a business plan and implement a business plan to achieve business goals
- In charge of controlling all activities of the shift including staff and customer service
- Supervising and guiding other staff to perform tasks as required to best serve guests
- Have good communication skills, problem-solving, systems thinking, training and coaching staff
- Overall inspection of CSVC and restaurant hygiene to ensure customer service.
- Solve arising situations in shift and update for Restaurant Manager
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
