JOB DUTIES Technical expertise: - Directly perform treatments for customers according to Spa standards. - Provide the best quality of service to customers by performing services professionally and conscientiously according to Spa operating standards. - Advise customers on services/treatments based on their condition and requirements.
Customer contact: - Interact and respond to customer requests in a polite, professional and courteous manner. - Answer customers' questions and collect useful information during Spa treatment. - Promote the promotion of Spa products and services to customers.
