Participate in developing and building applications (web + mobile), functions or components on the Salesforce platform (APEX, Visualforce and Lightning Component)
Participate in developing data exchange and integration functions, building APIs to connect Salesforce with different platforms such as HRM, ERP, etc.
Research and learn about Salesforce's features to provide customers with comprehensive solutions
Participate in modeling, database building and Salesforce system administration support
Require departments to support and coordinate to complete work within assigned scope;
Report to competent authorities in case the parties do not cooperate or there is delay in coordinating work implementation;
Propose support and assign work to members of the same department in case urgent assistance is needed;
Recommend initiatives to improve work processes and quality to increase work efficiency;
Propose courses and activities to improve knowledge and professional skills of yourself and team members
