Receive requests and project content from customers/teams in Japan.
Perform project content analysis, give an estimate of the time and number of personnel and budget required for the project.
Planning and implementing the project, ensuring the quality and progress of the project as committed to the customer.
Manage, direct, and monitor the team during project development (Team Offline, Freelance, Vendor)
Communicate, share, train team members so that team members can develop more IT project skills and soft skills.
Find out solutions or tools to propose to the company to optimize work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work experience: 3 years or more
Graduated from University or higher in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent work experience.
Having worked in Japanese or American projects is an advantage.
Project Management Certificate is an advantage.
Experience working with working models such as Scrum/Agile.
Able to read and write English or Japanese (English TOEIC at least 600, Japanese from N3).
Ability to directly perform the work of the team in the process of project development such as Dev, Test ... depending on the experience of the leader in case of need.
Ability to learn quickly, actively in work.
Ability to flexibly change the type of project.
Able to work under pressure, work independently or with a team, to complete assigned goals on time.
Age: 25 years old and up
