JOB DESCRIPTION:
+ Searching for and expanding customers at supermarkets and trade centers
+ Make a plan to take care of the assigned selling points, complete the sales target;
+ Ensure that the point of display has enough SKUs, inventory by each point of sale, understand the status of goods and report to superiors.
+ Searching and exploiting the market, searching for potential customers, promoting contracts with customers.
+ Understand information and establish strong relationships with customers.
+ Support the implementation of the Company's Marketing program to achieve the highest efficiency
+ Consulting products, maintaining and developing cooperative relationships with customers.
+ Develop business ideas and plans.
+ Collect market information, deploy and monitor market development trends and competitor information, timely report
+ Make full reports in accordance with the Company's regulations
+ Achieve personal and room sales targets.
- REQUIREMENTS: + Male and female candidates with at least 1 year of experience, preference is given to candidates with experience in the business of household goods, cosmetics, and consumer goods;
Or candidates with no experience: But vivacious, agile, forward-thinking. Trained by the company.
+ Good sales communication skills, able to work under pressure, able to learn and work independently;
+ Honesty, good-looking appearance
+ Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
