- Searching for customers through many different channels to build a system of potential customer channels such as Tours, Tourist Groups, Enterprises...
- Receive and process requests to order services, ask for information of Partners.
- Regularly actively contact customers in the list of self-searching channels and from available data sources of the restaurant to visit and introduce new products, services, and promotions of the restaurant.
- Conduct market, product and service research and make recommendations.
- Exchange and negotiate terms in the contract and sign the contract with the Partner.
- Follow up the process of contract liquidation, support accounting, cashier to urge customers' debts.
- Coordinate with the restaurant's departments to quickly overcome problems arising in the process of serving customers.
- Coordinate with MKT department to develop attractive new incentive programs and attract customers. Develop Fanpage, Website, other communication channels of the restaurant.
