Processing
- Serve tea and water to the Board of Directors upon request.
- Perform cleaning work in assigned areas, ensuring the working environment is always clean, tidy and neat. Clean floors, hallways, stairs, clean rooms, wash bedding (if any).
- Clean all interior and exterior areas, men's and women's restrooms, lobby, balcony, hallway, lobby front, dining area, parking lot, management room, staff desk area,...
- Clean furniture and equipment in the office such as decorations, fans, lights, air conditioners, water purifiers, refrigerators, cups, etc.
- Wash cups, dishes, clean utensils and arrange furniture in the kitchen - dining area at the Company. - General cleaning of the kitchen/dining area, ensuring common areas are clean before leaving.
- Clean carpets, clean sofas, tables, etc.
- Collect, clean trash, and empty trash periodically. Replace items available in the room such as trash bags, toilet paper, etc. - Coordinate with the reception department to understand the cleaning schedule for meeting room areas, conference rooms, etc.
- Preserve and use allocated tools and cleaning supplies economically and appropriately. - Every 2 weeks, clean office glass walls, wipe leaves, wipe light bulbs, window sills, etc.
- When discovering damaged equipment in the Company or office, immediately notify the maintenance department/management level for timely repair and remediation. - Control the quantity and recommend purchasing necessary supplies and items to serve cleaning needs.
