4/ Job content:
- Assign work to employees and monitor personnel fluctuations.
- Organize training courses and professional training for employees.
- Receive and resolve customer arising situations and report back to superiors.
- Communicate and handle arising situations with authorities and local authorities.
- Monitor and control inventory levels and orders.
- Inventory the number of tools and assets at the end of the month and explain to superiors the amount of damage and damage.
- Monitor and understand promotional programs to deploy them to employees promptly.
- End-of-shift reports, weekly and monthly reports to superiors.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
5/ Request
- College/University degree majoring in Restaurant/Hotel Management.
- Over 1 year of experience in a supervisory/service management position
- Experience in dividing, arranging and coordinating the work of each employee and each job position
- Good communication, communication, statistics and reporting skills
- Honest, responsible, proactive.
