JOB DUTIES
- Sales via phone, facebook, web, zalo,...
- Maintain existing business relationships, establish new business relationships.
- Transaction, understanding customer needs -> Search for potential customers.
- Directly execute and urge the fulfillment of orders, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
- Make weekly and monthly plans and submit them to the Board of General Directors for approval and execute according to the approved plan.
- Understand clearly the functions, effects, advantages and disadvantages of the product.
- Understand the customer contact process, information complaint handling process, information receiving and resolving process.
