+ Have work experience: Priority is given to those with field work experience and payment records (New graduates can be trained by the Company)
+ Honest, careful, responsible and dedicated to work and able to work in a high pressure environment
+ Proficient in estimating software, Autocad drawing and office information technology
+ Construction work team.
+ Check estimates, take off volumes, and control costs
+ Control progress and supervise construction items.
+ Manage the volume and quality of works, manage payment and settlement documents
+ Advise leaders on design, materials, and construction methods to reduce costs
+ Instruct construction teams to carry out work according to technical standards as drawn.
+ Handle arising problems and problems between the construction team, between the contractor and the investor.
+ Perform other professional tasks as assigned by superiors.
