Processing
- Check and control employees and customers entering and leaving the Building. Coordinate with the camera surveillance system located in the basement. Instructing Customers to move around the Building area Recording building entry and exit log books as required by the Human Resources Management Board
- Check and control vehicles and assets entering and leaving the building
- Coordinate with departments, building management staff or authorities (when necessary) to promptly respond when an emergency occurs in the building.
- Check and ensure security in parking areas, elevators, and hallways. - Sign and receive parcels/letters sent to the Building Record books as requested by the Head of the Human Resources Management Department.
- Control vehicle access tickets and building access cards according to the management process of the Human Resources Management Board.
- Coordinate and guide the location of vehicles in accordance with regulations, neatly and reasonably. - Regularly check the condition of vehicles in the parking garage and non-smoking areas to avoid fire and explosion situations in the building.
- Patrol, check and control the fire protection system. Timely detect and prevent any fire and explosion risks that may occur in the building.
- Regularly check goods and parcels brought into the company have a record book. Do not bring into the building goods (flammable, explosive, foul-smelling, banned substances...) that affect the security and working environment of the building.
- Ensure security and order in the building. When you need support, you must provide it immediately even if it's not your shift.
- Comply with the company's rules, regulations and working procedures.
