Receive and process customer requests/questions related to products.
Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need as quickly and accurately as possible (instructions for use, price information, warranty, etc.);
Receive and manage customer complaints and issues that need to be resolved and provide information to the appropriate departments to handle those complaints;
Monitor and continuously update product policies.
Proactively contact customers for holidays and gifts. Announce offers on special occasions and send them offers;
Promote promotional programs and attractive service packages of the business to customers;
Conduct surveys and customer perceptions about service and product quality. From there, receive customer feedback to improve the product.
