- Telephone care and sales of agent customers, develop sales in the managed area.
- Actively contact and build good relationship with customers.
- Make sales plan and implement weekly/quarterly/monthly, complete assigned targets.
- Create orders, support delivery coordination.
- Follow up orders, handle arising related issues, receive and handle customer complaint information within the scope of work and authorization..
- Check and expedite debt recovery.
- Analyze market and competitor information.
