- Check and monitor Export - Import - Inventory and inventory time of each type of goods.
- Monitor and report minimum inventory levels (KT Warehouse) and then pass information to the purchasing department to ensure goods always meet the specified level.
- Carry out periodic inventory counts to always have accurate data that matches the data on the software.
- Manage inventory with accurate data.
- Timely notify the quantity of goods that have been in stock for too long so that the sales department can sell them.
- Receive orders from the ordering department to prepare and pack goods optimally.
