JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directly advise and sell products to customers buying through online business channels: website, facebook, zalo, e-commerce platforms...
- Perform work as assigned by the department head and ensure the correct sales program and customer policy.
- Proposing effective online sales ideas.
- Take care of customers who have purchased to become loyal customers.
- Follow up orders, ensure delivery time to customers according to regulations
- Report sales, daily sales for TP Online
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- From the age, graduated from College or above.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.
- Passionate about business activities, knowledgeable about cosmetics
- Quick response in all situations requested by customers.
- Proficient in using online business tools (facebook, zalo, e-commerce platforms).
- Know how to create accounts to sell on websites, forums...
- Proficient in the use of office computers and sales software.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, responsive, proactive and responsible at work.
- Able to work independently, as part of a team and under pressure.
- Able to work rotating shifts from 8am to 10pm daily.
