? Job description:

• In charge of preparing, storing and updating project information: table of goods, premises, design, legal, form papers, project deposit papers
• Update the product list according to the sales progress of the Investor, Update information on the sales group VHA
• Lock apartments on the investor group, coordinate the lock on the VHA group, confirm the sale, update the sold apartments on the VHA group
• Receive and report information to be processed on the investor's project groups
• Update monthly transaction reports for accountants, save public and private mechanism
• Support signing procedures for customers: receive customer information according to the investor's booking request, book an appointment, support customers to sign at the floor
• Support to answer questions of sales and customers: process, project information
• Support project opening events: prepare stickers, flags as required, prepare documents on sale date: MB, CSBH Report the list of personnel participating in the event and other requests from the Investor

• Graduated from college or university majoring in human resources administration, finance and accounting or related fields
• Experience is preferred
