- Training sales staff to understand the company's products.
- Responsible for monitoring the department's business situation to achieve the efficiency assigned by the company.
- Urge employees to effectively carry out sales activities according to the company's plan.
- Responsible to the Director for the business performance of the entire department.
Job requirements
- Ability to manage and operate a team well.
- Minimum working experience of 1 year or more in a similar position.
- Able to withstand pressure and successfully complete the company's sales targets.
- Able to work independently and in groups.
- Working office hours, no appearance requirements,
- Knows office computers.
- Age: from 23 - 55 years old.
