Job Description

Job details
  • Understand and provide accounting solutions for businesses to ensure compliance with the law.
  • Carry out procedures for reporting taxes, financial statements, etc.
  • Responsible for checking data and legality, reasonableness and validity of income/expenditure documents.
  • Prepare financial reports to report to the board of directors.
  • Make a monthly cash flow table, forecast next month's revenue (knowing how to advise leaders in financial planning is a +)
  • Keep track of debt.
  • Build financial allocation
  • Implement revenue/expenditure procedures. Balance cash flow.
  • Receive contracts, create a tracking table.
  • Confirm sales invoices and payment documents
  • Prepare accounting entries to transfer debts for goods and services with branches/companies
  • Calculate salary according to KPI.
  • Fully, accurately and promptly update Cash Collection - Expenditure - Cash balance in the Fund Book - report when necessary to the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate the development of project estimates and participate in the procurement process.
  • Accounting related operations
  • Perform other work when assigned
