Job Description

POSITION: QA/QC Manager Japanese
WORK CONTENT:
  • System quality management:
  • Control the quality system, provide training instructions for QC and QA systems. Evaluate the system weekly and monthly.
  • Build and implement a quality management system according to ISO standards...to departments/divisions of the Company.
  • Product quality management and control:
  • Develop and calibrate standards, processes, instructions, and inspection methods on each stage.
  • Establish product manufacturing processes and control compliance with stated processes.
  • Plan and implement quality activities for new product development
  • Resolve customer complaints. Analyze and take measures to prevent nonconformities.
  • Correspond with customers on quality-related issues.
  • Teamsize: 5
REQUEST:
  • Male/Female, female preferred
  • Over 40 years old
  • Graduated from university
  • Japanese N3
  • Have 5 years of experience as a QA/QC manager in a manufacturing company
  • Have experience in the plastic industry related to interior decoration products
  • Understand ISO
  • Priority given to living in Dong Nai
RIGHT:
  • Probation:
  • Participate in health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance....
  • 12 days annual leave
  • 13th month salary, salary increase once a year.
  • Holidays and New Year holidays according to the provisions of Law.
  • Salary in Gross： 22~30 million Gross
  • Working time：Monday - Friday: 7:30 - 17:05, Lunch time: 12:00 - 12:45, Breaking time: 9:50 -10:00; 14:50 -15:00
