[Binh Thanh] ARCHITECTURAL/INTERIOR SUPERVISOR IN JAPANESE at Ho Chi Minh City - Viec Oi Client

■JD:

- Architectural and interior design for construction projects inside stores/showrooms in the COMPANY's system.

- Guide, confirm and edit interior design.

- Estimate, create Bill of quantities (BQ), place construction orders, manage construction (quality, progress, etc.).

- Coordinate developers/administrators/designers/construction contractors. Reporting internally, etc

■Requirements:

- Graduated from College or University

- Experience in construction projects

- Japanese (N2 level)

- Can travel domestically for business

- Priority is given to being able to use AUTOCAD

- Experience as an architect or construction supervisor is preferred

- Priority is given to having an electrical equipment engineer license

- Experience with furniture stores is preferred

- Priority to have a driver's license

■Salary: 900 USD -1400 USD

■Working hours: Mon-Fri：8:00-17:00 1 hour lunch break (OT depending on job, OT salary available)
