Japanese Accountant cum Admin staff
■Job content:
・Accounting tasks
・Cash handling and money transfers
・Inventory/warehouse handling, purchasing processing
・Handle prepaid expenses and invoice information
・Handle financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements
・Tax-related handling
・Handling import and export activities
・Coordinate with auditing companies
・Development of rules and regulations
・Support Japanese Boss as assigned
■Requirements:
- Age: 25-40
- College/University majoring in Accounting/Auditing
- Japanese N2
- 5 years of experience working as an accountant in the company
- Have experience working in a Japanese company
■Working hours: Monday ~ Friday：08:00 ~ 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 ~ 12:00
■Salary: 20-25 million (Nego)

・記帳業務
・現金の取り扱い、送金の取り扱い
・在庫・倉庫の取り扱い、購買の取り扱い
・前払費用の取り扱い、インボイス情報の取り扱い
・貸借対照表・損益計算書等財務諸表の取り扱い
・税金関係の取り扱い
・輸出入業務の取り扱い
・監査法人との調整
・規則規程の作成
・日本人サポート業務
