Job Description

■Job description :

- Draft and manage records and documents related to sales department activities such as making quotes, offer letters, contracts,...

- Survey and market research: prices, competitors...;

- Focal point for receiving feedback, consulting, supporting, and resolving customer complaints during business activities with the company, and customer care;

- Contact and send information to Japanese customers;

- Synthesize and analyze customer data;

- Support marketing activities;

- Compile and interpret documents and communicate internally within the company or with partners;

- Support the reception department in case of need;

- Report on weekly, monthly or unscheduled work as required;

- Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager and the Board of General Directors or according to other Company regulations regarding job positions

■Requirements :

- Male Female. Under 35 years old

- Education level: University majoring in business administration, economics, foreign languages and other related fields.

- Proficient in Japanese (from N2 or higher).

- PRIORITY: experience in sales/sales assistant, customer service,...

- PRIORITY: Good communication in English

- Good communication, presentation, data synthesis and information analysis skills.

- Able to work independently and well in groups and withstand high work pressure.

- Fluency in information technology office.

■Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:30-17:30), Saturday Morning

■Salary: ~15 million gross (Negotiable based on ability)
