? Vacancy position: DEALER (Branding and Selling Branded Goods and Pawnshops)

⏰ WORKING TIME: Rotate shifts every day
- Working rotating shifts:
- Shift 1: from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m
- Shift 2: from 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m
- During the week there is 1 full shift day and 1 OFF day.
- Work at assigned PNJ stores.

- Income: 9 - 20++ million/month (basic salary 7 million - 8 million applied by region, bonus % of pawn sales, commission on buying and selling branded goods...)
- Probation period: 2 months , full salary (training period 15 - 20 days with salary support)

? JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male/Female/LGBT, ages 21 to 30.
- Graduated from high school, college/college/university majoring in Economics/Business Administration. Use basic office information technology.
- Good communication and persuasion skills. Priority is given to having experience in sales/consulting, customer care, working in the financial service industry.
- Have a spirit of learning, honesty, and focus on customer service.
? The main job of a Teller (PNJ Branded Goods and Pawn Buying and Selling Segment) includes:
- Complete at least 80% of KPI monthly.
- Find Customers, advise and persuade Customers about mortgage services and buying and selling branded goods.
- Activities of buying and selling branded goods: diamonds, branded handbags, high-end watches,...
- Steps to complete a Pledge transaction for a customer at PNJ jewelry store: Welcoming customers -> Receive product inspection (with support tools) -> Product pricing -> Consulting and convincing - > Support in making MORTGAGE contracts -> Support customers in paying interest, redeeming, customer care...
- Carry out transactions with customers at the Main Transaction Office and nearby Transaction Points
