1. Support sales and supervise sales work to achieve sales goals in the area of responsibility
Allocating sales targets to sales staff (NVBH)
Supervise/track/ensure sales targets for each sales representative
Support sales staff to achieve sales targets

2. Recruitment, Training & Education
Human resource support in the recruitment process of insurance employees
Training basic skills for insurance staff
Instruct employees to comply with company regulations
3. Customer Care & Development in assigned area
Check and arrange Sales routes for sales staff, check the effectiveness of sales routes. Regularly update new sales routes
Strict management and inspection to ensure sales in the right territory and distribution channels.
Build weekly and monthly work schedules.
4. Implement and guide the implementation of trade marketing programs
5. Distributor Management (NPP)
Support distributors in consulting orders to ensure reasonable inventory
Advise/urge distributors in managing timely deliveries to meet customer needs
Establish, maintain and develop good business relationships with Distributors
For Distributor Independent Management Supervisors, monthly/quarterly/yearly meetings must be held with Distributors to discuss, share long-term business development orientation as well as share the current business situation. status and profits brought to NPP
Ensure Distributors use Company assets for the correct purpose as requested by the Company

Job requirements
1) Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Supervisor in the FMCG consumer goods industry (GT)
2) Understand the area and have good customer relationships
3) Leadership and ability to unite teams
3) Enthusiastic spirit and progressive spirit, persistent in work, ready to move according to work requirements
Right
1) Income: LCB + allowance from 13 million - 15 million or more
