- Receive potential customers from company marketing sources.
- Contact, answer, advise customers about the company's products and close orders through channels: pancake, zalo, phone.
- Take care of new customers and old customer files to promote increased sales.
- Monitor order and delivery progress
- Manage customer files, track and classify customers.
- Handle and answer customer questions about products.
- Compile work reports as required.
