* Work at the factory in Binh Phuoc province 1~2 times/month (company has accommodation and business travel allowance)

- Manage material specifications (validation, registration, sharing)
- Participate in the conversion meeting (at the factory) from development to mass production, check material parameters and register in the database.
- Processing and registration of databases and documents in case of changes in documents, etc
- Request/confirm work in Japanese with Japanese headquarters/factory
- Production and confirmation of box samples, TAGs, CARDs... at Vietnamese suppliers upon request from headquarters (contact email in English)
■Requirements:
- Female, 25~35 years old
- 2 years of experience working at a Japanese company
- Japanese equivalent to JLPT N3
- Basic English reading and writing email (equivalent to TOEIC 500)
- Ability to create documents using Excel and PPT
- Ability to grasp key points and give reports and explanations
