* Admin array:
- Entering orders, making orders for customers on Misa software
- Receive returned goods or customer's error
- Perform administrative procedures related to the business department such as quotation, supplier contact....
- Check debt of customers, suppliers and place orders with suppliers
- Attend conferences and workshops organized by the company
* Customer care area:
- Receive and handle customer issues and complaints related to products and services of the enterprise.
- Answering messages and consulting, answering all questions of customers before, during and after using products/services
- Be the focal point to receive and process all customer feedback.
- Advising on discounts and promotions for customers.
- Representing gratitude gifts, maintaining good relationships with close customers, VIP guests on special occasions such as holidays, Tet, birthdays, ...
- Setting up, implementing surveys, measuring customer satisfaction about products and services, thereby having a reasonable adjustment method.

- Know how to use Misa software (with training)
