- Consulting and developing customer partners
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Grasp and analyze customer needs to provide appropriate and effective solutions
- Proactively reach potential customers through channels (events, relationships, marketing, social networks...)
- Organizing meetings and pitching with customers
- Negotiate contracts with customers and handle document issues related to contract signing, acceptance, and payment.
- Monitor the progress of completing services and projects with the implementation department.
- Handling customer complaints
- Regularly report on business activities, customer situation and arising problems if any.
- Other tasks as assigned
