- Drafting contracts, policies, documents of the Sales Department.
-Update product status, update cart, book cart, solve product-related problems.
-Complete deposit procedures, transfer deposit, support sales staff to check shopping cart and monitor payment status of customers, conduct fee reconciliation and fee payment from the Investor.
-Support customers to sign purchase and sale contracts, send customer information to the Investor, answer questions and complaints from customers
-Monitor, check and report daily, weekly and monthly business results to the Head of Department and the Accounting Department.
- Manage output and input orders of the project, make a table to confirm monthly revenue targets.
-Participate in sales events, reservations, ... of projects.
- Graduated from College, University majoring: Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management.
- Proficiency in office computer. Required Experience/Knowledge
- Experience in sales and marketing.
- At least 02 years of experience in a similar position in real estate companies.
