Evaluate the AI concepts suggested by the Sales and Marketing department for practicality and current implementation status.
Develop a strategy for the execution of the recommended AI initiatives.
Spearhead cutting-edge research projects in the field of Artificial Intelligence Research (AIR), focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Design and implement experiments to explore novel data flows and architectures for enhancing model performance and scalability.
Communicating and presenting research findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders
Analyzing and interpreting data and results from machine learning experiments
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or several years of experience in computer science, data science, software development, or another related field; a master's degree is preferred.
Have experience in AI development projects.
Have the ability to adapt and analyze in order to implement the best solution for the project.
Good knowledge of English and Vietnamese both written and spoken
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
Experience with developing and training large-scale language models.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Knowledge of NLP techniques such as
Word embeddings
Attention mechanisms
Sequence-to-sequence models.
Ability to preprocess and clean dialogue data for training and fine-tuning.
Research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in NLP and language models.
