- Human resource management related to Production
- Manage production progress and safety
- Manage product quality and improvement activities
- Managing operational capacity and training
- Confirm capacity, implement progress management, improve finished product rate
- Promote group activities
- Report monthly department activities

REQUIREMENTS
- University degree
- Japanese N2 or higher
- Have experience working in a Japanese company for 5 years or more
- Experience in production site management: minimum 5 years
1) Experience in direct field management: Productivity (equipment, people), quality, safety
2) Production management experience: Calculating productivity, planning, allocating people to production lines, adjusting production schedules
3) Capacity and experience in training subordinates
- Computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint: high level

Salary :25Mil (Negotiable)

Working time
- Morning: 7:30 - 11:30, Afternoon: 12:00 - 16:00 Mon-Sat, (off 2 Saturdays/week)
- However, the company will have some company holidays, the average monthly working days of the company is about 23.5 days)

- Annual bonus
- Pay social insurance with full salary and in addition, the company also buys 24-hour accident insurance for employees
- The company has a shuttle bus from HCM - Dong Nai
- Travel, housing, and attendance allowances (if you use a shuttle bus, you will still receive travel allowances)
- Probation will receive 85% of salary + allowances
- Pay insurance about 90% of salary
- 400K attendance allowance
