Job duties
- Market research, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of brands and competitors.
- Participate in the long-term brand development orientation process
- Positioning and building brand image to optimize brand health (Brand Heath)
- Propose communication strategies consistent with brand positioning.
- Collect, analyze and propose solutions based on feedback from customers on completed projects.
-Develop overall and detailed plans to enhance brand awareness in the market.
- Propose ideas, develop creative campaigns to make a difference in the market.
- Responsible for implementing marketing plans/programs, promoting image building in accordance with target orientations
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of communication activities on all different Digital channels
- Propose solutions to optimize activities on communication channels
- Manage progress and ensure work quality of the whole team
- Proactively propose solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and report results of activities/campaigns/projects, etc. weekly/monthly/at the end of the campaign.
- Manage, monitor and report budget of communication activities
- Perform tasks as assigned by superiors.
