**JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Receiving and Keeping vehicles for guests and employees during the working shift
• For cars:
+ Guiding guests to put the car in the correct parking spot.
+ Monitor and supervise the car for guests, avoid the case of the passenger car being scratched, causing scratches, damage or loss of items.
• For customers' motorbikes:
+ Receive the car from the customer and pull the car stand down
+ Send parking card to guests (if any)
+ Put the car to the parking lot according to regulations
+ Monitor passenger cars to make sure they don't crash, fall, scratch, damage or lose items
+ When the customer leaves, ask for the parking ticket and check - pick up and deliver the car to the customer
*For employees' motorbikes:
+ Instruct the staff to park the car in the right place
+ Monitor employees' cars, avoid collisions that cause scratches, damage, and loss of items
2. Check - monitor the security and safety situation
+ Highly focused to ensure the security and safety situation is always under control
+ In case there are guests causing trouble or fighting, the security guard is responsible for immediately dissuading them
+ Coordinate with other security guards and related departments to handle the problem within the scope of authority.
+ Immediately report to the Security or Management Team Leader in case of serious disturbance, disorder or suspicion of possible objects...
+ Make a report on the situation of the case and the solution to the Team Leader (if any)
+Receive letters, parcels, gifts, etc. from the delivery staff, the giver and transfer to the relevant person/department.
3. Fully record the shift handover minutes in the shift handover book as prescribed. Consists of:
+ Date and time of shift delivery
+ Assigned tasks
+ The incidents arise in the shift, which incidents have been handled, how are they handled, which have not been...
+ The contents must be repaired and maintained; What is complete, what is not…
+Sign the shift handover record
+ Handing over shift
4. Support maintenance department to carry out repair work at the workplace
+Receive a repair request form if the maintenance staff is absent
+ Record the date, time, delivery person and repair contents in the repair monitoring book
+ Inform the maintenance staff about the content of the repair request that has just been received.
5. Duties of night shift guards
+ At the specified time frames, security guards patrol and check all areas of the workplace, ensuring safety.
Check the electrical status of all operating electrical equipment, fire protection equipment, etc.
+ Handle or notify maintenance staff to handle if electrical - water problems are detected.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
