[Binh Duong] Japanese language purchasing staff at Binh Duong - Viec Oi Client

This position along with QA check random samples
Will guide quality standards for QC team.
1. Purchasing with 1 other person to support
Discuss the terms of the contract, but give it to the CEO for approval
2. QC range of 10 ng (Purchasing not managed)
QA 1 person cum sample manager (Purchasing will work with this person)
Check random when entering input materials. During the production process, damaged goods are selected, Purchasing returns the supplier (agree on how to make up for the goods)
3. Import and export companies using outsourced services

Job description
- This position works directly with the Japanese director. Communicating with Japanese production, QC, customers and designers and managing sample groups
- Contact Head Office in Japan daily to share production schedule, and discuss design according to customer's needs
- Monitor and Control outsourcing units to meet delivery date and quality.
- Negotiate with processing units to ensure products meet quality standards as well as price and delivery date.
- Develop new samples from customers. Buy goods for the sample making group.
- Understand quality standards and guide QC team to meet customer's quality requirements.
- Contact FWD to arrange import/export.
- Check goods when required
- Other tasks assigned by superiors


- This position directly works with Japanese director.
- Contact with Head office in Japan on a daily basis in order to share production schedules, respond against clients demands.
- Monitor and Control subcontractors to meet the delivery date and quality.
- Negotiate to subcontractors in order to ensure our products continuously meeting our quality standard also the price and delivery dates.
- Developing new products working with designers in Japan. Purchase the material required for them. Establish the sampling schedule with production team.
- Need to understand the quality standards and instruct QC team to meet our quality requirements against client's needs.
- Contact with forwarders to arrange import/export.
- Inspect products at other factories if required
- Making import and export documents
- Other tasks will be assigned by Japanese director.

Requirement
- Gender：Female
- Education level：University
- Japanese N3 (good communication)
- From 3 years of experience in Procurement or equivalent
- Experience with tasks: purchasing, importing and exporting, QC
- Able to work under pressure
- Have good communication skills
- No motion sickness
- English (Business level) is a plus

Salary : up to 25mil gross

WORKING CONDITION
- Working time：Mon-Fri：7:30-16:30
- Sat: 7:30-16:30, 3 times/month
- Shuttle bus: from AEON Mall Binh Duong
