■Job description
- Manage and operate the production activities in the Plastic injection area.
- Coordinate with R&D team to optimize the design of plastic injection mold.
- Handling problems arising from defective goods, ensuring product quality.
- Instruct subordinates on related tasks such as machine operation, repair, maintenance and replacement of plastic injection molds...
- Improve technology, machinery and equipment to improve production efficiency.
- Training successors and other jobs assigned by superiors.

*The head of the plastic injection area reports to the head of the plastic injection department

REQUIREMENTS
- Male. 30 years old and up
- Basic English
- Graduated from university with major in engineering
- Over 10 years of experience in operating plastic injection machines: setting up machines, setting up and adjusting machine parameters, etc. Knowledgeable about plastic granules, plastic injection molds.
- Have management experience
- Proficiency in office computer
