Job Description

1. Objectives, business plan

- Analyzing the market situation, assessing factors affecting business, forecasting revenue and building targets, annual/quarterly/monthly business strategies of the Northern Branch, responsible for the results. Achievements of the branch's business goals (Trung Nguyen Legend and Trung Nguyen E-Coffee models):

+ Responsible for achieving sales targets of self-opened stores and business results of HTC

+ Responsible for achieving the target of developing the number of Franchise stores

- Managing and operating all business activities of the Branch.

2. Store chain development

- Responsible for developing the number of self-opened stores of Trung Nguyen Legend and Trung Nguyen E-Coffee models.

- Make a business plan and carry out the assessment and control to ensure the chain of self-opened stores achieves business efficiency.

- Responsible for developing the number of Trung Nguyen Legend and Trung Nguyen E-Coffee franchise stores.

- Support Franchise stores to ensure smooth and efficient operation in accordance with Trung Nguyen standards.

3. Operating the system

- Controlling the implementation and consistency of product quality and service quality of HTCH, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Management of money - goods - assets at HCH.

- Manage compliance with operating standards, processes and regulations of the Company.

- Research and coordinate with Marketing Department to implement marketing programs and promote business activities at HTCH.

4. Ensure Branch operation

- Proposing and participating in the development of processes, regulations and regulations related to the operation of the Branch in order to create stability and professionalism such as regulations on the operation of goods from the general kitchen to the store system, purchase decision, goods quality management, training regulations, customer after-sales...

- Coordinating with Administration - Human Resources Department to implement labor regulations, collective labor agreements, fire prevention and fighting, healthcare, health... at the branch.

- Responsible for communication with internal units, divisions, departments and external units, agencies and organizations.

- Ensure the cleaning of the branch campus is clean and safe, fire and explosion prevention, care for movement activities, collective cohesion for employees.

- Responsible for the effective use of operating costs of the Branch, asset management, occupational safety, and general fire and explosion prevention of the Branch.

5. Employee Management

- Training and developing to improve professional capacity for employees, ensuring employees have enough knowledge and skills to perform assigned tasks and meet the Company's strategy and goals.

- Organize the development of structure, operating regulations, job descriptions, work instructions, and staffing of the Branch.

- Develop criteria and evaluate the level of work completion of employees in order to create the successor force of the Branch.

- Reviewing and evaluating employees periodically according to the Company's regulations, proposing the transfer and promotion of employees.
