JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult and exchange with customers, partners to collect and confirm business requirements, system functions.
- Analyze and synthesize information to develop solutions to ensure that business and system requirements are met.
- Prepare documents describing and specifying business, functional, technical and system design requirements
- Work with customers and partners to determine how to effectively implement requirements.
- Provide support to customers/partners in the process of managing and changing requirements.
- Provide advice, expert opinions, support demo solutions to customers
- Conduct feasibility studies for applications and solutions.
- Prepare test scripts, support testing to ensure correct and sufficient requirements.
- Support to exchange and explain requirements and solutions with relevant internal teams and groups.
- Review and evaluate products before handing over to customers/partners.
- Support to deploy, train and transfer the system to customers/partners.
- Support customers/partners when the system is put into use
- Learn, research, evaluate and propose new solutions to support projects and services of the department.
- Participate in the implementation of Salesforce Technology events/webinars.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate majoring in Information Technology or Economics
- More than 1 year working experience in similar position
- Good knowledge of database, system analysis and design.
- Knowledge and experience in e-Business systems, CRM, ERP….
- English: read and understand specialized documents
- Skills in analyzing, designing and surveying customer requirements, analyzing business data
- Skills in writing documents, drawing diagrams, processes
- Problem-solving skills

- Knowledge and experience in software testing.
- Knowledge of software development or project management processes.
- Have experience or certificate, knowledge about SalesForce.
