Collect and analyze requirements (business view) from stakeholders to shape and define software development requirements:
Edit and upgrade existing product features
Develop new features, new software
Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure that requirements are fully covered and converted into accurately described documents.
Build business requirement documents (BRD) and functional documents: user stories, wireframes, user flows and use cases.
Fully transfer required information and coordinate throughout to ensure the development team understands and accurately implements requirements.
Participate in the software testing process with the QC/QA team to ensure satisfactory quality.
Prepare documents: Training, User Manual, UAT, FAQs, Tips
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with customers
Training and deploying software for customers
Transfer and train software to Delivery (Installation and operational support) and AM (Account Management) teams.
Delivery / AM support for software-related issues such as: change requests, in-depth questions about software features.
Support the Business team to develop proposed solution documents for customers (Product and technical expertise)
Participate in pre-sales with the business team: prepare demo and present to customers

20%: Project Management
Manage assigned projects from planning stage to completion (after 2-4 weeks of handover to the Delivery team)
Work closely with stakeholders (customers, partners, internal) to identify and understand project requirements, SOW, Objectives and Budget
Allocate resources, schedule projects, and adjust necessary activities to achieve maximum project efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate the project team's work progress, ensuring the project is on schedule and that goals and quality are met.
Manage project risks, resolve problems as they arise, and adjust plans as needed to meet changes
Report project progress to Line Manager and stakeholders weekly
Support project team members, providing guidance and responding to queries to improve productivity and efficiency.
Advanced skill
University degree in majors such as: Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent training programs.
At least 3 years of working experience as BA or at least 1 year for PM
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work with many different stakeholders, negotiation/negotiation ability.
High self-management capacity and ability to work independently and in groups.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time (2-4 projects)
Understanding of project management methods such as Agile, Scrum or PMP.
Proficient in English, especially speaking and writing skills
Understand technical terms and technical systems
Have knowledge of business models in the FMCG, Retail, and F&B industries
Priority is given to candidates with certificates in Business Analytics (CCBA, CBAP, PBA), Project Management (PMP) or Product Management (PSPO, CSPO)
