WHAT YOU DO:

Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges
Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand the needs from the market and draft tasks based on that
Stay up to date with the latest IT and AI applications
Implement new IT activities into the company from initial idea to project/sprint completion
Develop statistical reports to assist decision makers in selecting appropriate programs.

WHO YOU ARE

Have at least 3 years of working experience, of which 2 years are in analyzing.
Strong analytical skills are required to create reports and make recommendations.
Ability to manage multiple projects from start to completion.
Good written and verbal communication skills to work with all stakeholders.
Ability to understand team challenges and develop solutions.
Must be familiar with various types of project management (and business analysis) software. Proficiency with spreadsheets is also important.
Being able to communicate in Japanese and having BrSE experience is an advantage.
Having English is a plus
