Job details
- Participate in building and implementing business plans: according to total targets and targets for each brand.
- Together with BM, build yearly/quarterly product orientation and product development plan in the Vietnamese market.
Customer
- Search and develop new customers
- Maintain and take care of old customers
- Support BM to develop and maintain relationships with partners, architects, and design companies.
- Analyze and evaluate brand indicators: coverage, brand recognition; brand development potential; The Company's sales commitment to the brand in the Vietnamese market.
- Support BM in building business orientation and development orientation for brands in Vietnam, ensuring compatibility with the brand system, supplementing product structure for existing brands and promoting sales .
Operational management
- Participate in recruiting, training, managing and supervising sales staff.
- Participate in developing regulations and implementing KD1 activities so that system personnel can interact and work with other departments and divisions conveniently and effectively.
- General work: Perform other general work of the department and the Company when requested by superiors.
