Business Development Manager (Business Development Manager) at Ho Chi Minh City - Lengkeng Technology

1. Planning and approaching potential customers who are business owners/General Managers/Directors of purchasing department.
Identify target customers and plan to exploit the market.
Reach customers with appropriate, effective methods to introduce, advise and demo to help highlight the good owner benefits that LengKeng brings (martketplace, monitoring, measuring).
Convince customers to sign a principle contract using LengKeng to buy and manage all OOH ads.
- Manage customer data to maximize sales.

2. Taking care of customers and coordinating Account Manager/Operation-team to serve arising projects of customers.
- Collaborate with AM to advise, guide and demo for the departments directly using LengKeng of Clients (purchase department, marketing department ...): how to search and order products, how to manage campaigns, export campaign reports.
- Collaborate with AM to convince customers to build a budget using OOH on LengKeng platform.
- Supervising AM/Operation's customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction when orders arise.
- Promptly handle problems arising in the process of serving customers.
- Actively build and maintain good relationships with customers to exploit long-term cooperation opportunities

3. Contribute to improve LengKeng platform more and more perfect, better serve customer needs.
- With platforms and products: Proactively suggest improving bad features, adding missing features, cutting out redundant features so that LengKeng helps customers buy and manage OOH ads better.
- With internal process: Giving initiative and creativity to perfect the system, working team and workflow.
- With the market: always update the latest information about competitors and customers to help the company improve timely.
