1. RESPONSIBILITY
- Organize the enterprise's accounting system to record and account for economic transactions arising in the company's business operations. on the basis of constantly improving organizational structure and complying with the Statistical Accounting Ordinance.
- Fully set up and submit on time accounting reports, statistics and settlement according to State regulations and the company Charter
- Plan, organize, check, maintain and innovate towards effective management accounting operations
- Organize the dissemination and timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the State to executive levels of the accounting and statistical system
- Check the preservation and storage of accounting documents
- Carry out accounting training and fostering to improve qualifications and build a team of company accountants
- Manage budget activities of the enterprise
- Plan and make short-term financial decisions
2. POWERS
- Directly direct the deputy accountant and head of the accounting department in assigning accountants
- Be recommended to recruit, transfer, upgrade, reward, and discipline accountants, storekeepers, and treasurers of the company according to the Company's labor and salary regulations
- Have the right to request all departments in the company to fully and promptly transfer necessary documents for the Chief Accountant's inspection and control.
- Accounting reports, statistical reports, credit documents and documents related to payment must have the signature of the chief accountant to have legal value.
