JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Receive customer feedback, answer questions and take care of customers
2. Receive customer comments and feedback, actively research and propose customer care policies, improve processes to improve customer care efficiency;
3 Implement customer care programs as planned;
4 Make detailed daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports or ad hoc reports at the request of management;
5. Complete other tasks as requested by superiors.

- Experienced (working at spa/pharmacist intermediate school) - Having good computer skills in office, good computer typing.
