Work content:
- Research, compare and propose technical options with superiors.

- Check and take main responsibility for the expertise of design documents
- Working with other departments, state agencies, verification units, project management boards, ....
- Supervise the author.
- Responsible for collecting documents, standards,...
- Assign work, check and control the performance of the engineer's work, provide direction, guidance and timely support for arising incidents.
- Guide and train engineers
