*** Job description:
- Control legal documents of each project.
- Analyze construction unit prices with the investor, construction unit prices with the crew, advise on tasks, unit prices, construction norms and check the entire project estimate.
- Check the preparation of drawings of arising construction measures and estimates of arising work.
- Check and comment on construction contract terms.
- Control the progress of volume implementation and quality documents of bidding packages.
- Together with the contractor, project management board and supervision consultant, conduct acceptance test and prepare work acceptance record, phase acceptance record, handover and put into use record of completed work items. .
- Check and control the quality of quality documents and volumes of bidding packages and construction items. Summarize reports on the implementation of quality and volume documents.
- Agree with relevant departments on quality records, volume, and project settlement.
- Evaluate capacity to select contractors.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of choosing investment options.

*** Required qualifications and experience:
- Male. Graduated from a regular university majoring in Construction Economics (required).
- Have at least 03 years of experience in a similar position; Priority is given to candidates with experience working at independent auditing companies or supervision consulting companies.
- Master the legal regulations in construction and manage construction costs.
- Priority is given to candidates with certificates in related construction fields.
