WORK CONTENT - Manage input data and information
- Receive data retrieval requests as requested by internal department departments.
- Collect & analyze data (periodically or as it arises)
- Connect departments and propose decentralization of data access.
- Optimal control of system operations
- Analyze data and identify actual operations in the system that are not optimal.
- Give warnings/suggest optimal solutions to control operational activities to branches.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop implementation plans to optimize ineffective activities.
- Implement digitalization/optimization/improvement of operational activities
- Coordinate with relevant units to develop plans and implement digitalization/optimization/improvement of operations in the room and store system.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of digitalization/optimization/improvement activities that have been implemented to propose next options.
- Accompany and support the store system to jointly improve and optimize costs related to store activities
- Participate in implementing projects related to optimal operations in the system.
- Monitor and measure optimized costs to have recommendations for branches.
- Build automatic report forms for the department
- Plan to build a data retrieval form for internal departments (fixed over the months).
- Receive monthly reports of work results from BPs, make reports to the department at the beginning of each month.
- Plan to build a monthly report form for the department (fixed over the months).
- Automation improvements
Contact and connect with IT to plan to run UAT report forms for internal departments and departments.
- Perform some other tasks assigned by superiors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Degree: University - Major: Business Administration/Finance/Accounting (Finance major preferred)
- Foreign language proficiency (if necessary): English communication
- Other education and skills needed for the profession:
- Number of years of relevant experience: 02 - 05 years.
- Work experience related to current job: at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position and have entrepreneurial qualities (implement a business idea).
- Prepare, control and monitor work plans.
- Organize and deploy the system.
- Analyze data and identify current status and risks.
- Problem solving skills: use logic, ability to look at problems from multiple perspectives, analysis to solve problems based on data.
- Time management skills: ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, ensuring completion on time.
- Ability to work with detailed data, ensuring the accuracy of analytical results.
- Good healthy.
