* Implement the process of receiving and processing customer requests (working in shifts).
* Directly answer customers' questions about the services/products that the company provides via phone/chat in the IT field (software, mobile applications, ...)
* Ensure the input of customer's complaint information, issues to be resolved and provide information back to the appropriate departments for that complaint to promptly resolve customer issues.
