Job description

Consulting, introducing, cross-selling to existing customers products: unsecured loans, mortgages, credit cards, insurance, capital mobilization... of VPBank
Search and develop new customers, potential customers to consult, provide personal financial products of the bank
Acting as a contact point between customers and backline support, closely following customer records to ensure that documents are processed quickly and accurately and customers are provided with products in the shortest time.
Responsible for ensuring personal and professional development to meet business standards and job requirements
Responsible for the accuracy and compliance of the Client's legal documents

Job requirements

1. Education Level:
Graduated from University or higher in one of the relevant majors such as economics, finance, banking;
Preference will be given to those with years of experience in retail sales/banking.
2. Relevant Knowledge/Professional:
Knowledge of banking and financial products and services
Must have at least 1 year of experience in the field of banking, finance, sales
