MISSION: Supply of materials, equipment and subcontractors for the project:
- Supply of materials and equipment, weekly and monthly subcontractors for projects; - Collect information on price, quality, scarcity or surplus along with samples of supplies and equipment to propose opinions to customers. Executive Committee in utilizing, transferring and providing supplies, weekly and monthly;
- Search, evaluate and recommend contractors and subcontractors (price survey);
- Negotiate, negotiate and draft orders, contracts or prepare price approval proposals to submit to City Council and Board of Directors for approval;
- Together with the Project Executive Committee, check the quality of goods when any problems arise;
- Implement the mobilization of camps and available materials and equipment for construction projects;
- Inspect and supervise the rental of machinery and equipment by the Executive Board;
- Collect invoices and documents (handover records, warehouse receipts, certificates of origin, quality, warranty of materials and equipment provided for the project to provide to the Executive Board and the Finance and Accounting Department on time.
- Monitor and make payment proposals for materials and equipment to ensure timely payment to NCC.
Coordinate and supervise import and export activities - use of materials and equipment on construction sites:
- Combine with the Finance and Accounting Department and related units to inspect and supervise material supply activities, import and export of warehouses, and inventory of materials and equipment of the project.
- Coordinate with the Executive Board to check the progress and quality of semi-finished products manufactured at the subcontractor's workshop. Report on cases at risk of slow progress or failure to meet required quality;
- Periodically report on the use of materials and semi-finished products;
- Coordinate, monitor, inspect, evaluate and periodically report on the use of machinery and equipment of construction projects.
Other jobs:
- Report weekly/monthly work results to the Department Head.
- Arrange and store records and documents on the supply of materials and equipment for assigned projects.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and the Board of Directors.
REQUEST: Level:- University degree in majors: Economics/Construction materials, construction, equipment, mechanics or related majors
- Have experience working in equivalent positions in the Construction industry;
- Read and understand design documents and drawings.
Experience:- Have 3 years or more experience in a similar position.
Skill:- Understanding the construction materials market;
- Construction maintains good relationships with contractors and subcontractors;
- Proficient in time management and planning skills;
- Sensitive, grasps situations well, negotiates skillfully;
- Skills in planning, organizing and implementing work;

RIGHT:- Salary: 13 million-18 million
- 13th month salary, holiday and New Year bonus according to regulations
- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday morning
